| Abstract: | The quality of talent-cultivation directly depends on academic atmosphere in colleges and universities. Influenced by some comprehensive factors, learning atmosphere has been declining in recent years, which must cause the attention of administrators in higher education. Measures are supposed to be taken to ensure long-lasting construction of academic atmosphere. |
