摘    要:大鼠ip不同剂量的氯胺酮(50,100,200mg·kg-1),除小剂量(50mg·kg-1)兴奋大脑皮质Na+.K+-ATP酶活性外,其余剂量对鼠脑4个分区的酶活性均有抑制作用.50mg·kg-1氯胺酮显著抑制海马Na+,K+-ATP酶,100mg·kg-1显著抑制大脑皮质、纹状体和海马Na+,K+-ATP酶;200mg·kg-1显著抑制脑干和海马Na+,K+-ATP酶。结果提示.氯胺酮对中枢神经系统的抑制作用可能与其抑制脑组织中Na+,K+-ATP酶活性有关。

Abstract:The effects of ketamine at 50,100, 200mg·kg-1(ip)on the activity of Na+,K+-ATP ase in rat cerebral cortex, brain stem,corpus striatum and hippocampus were studied.Except that Na+, K+-ATPase in cerebral cortex was activated by ketamine at 50 mg·kg-1,all other experiment groups of ketamine inhibited Na+, K+-ATPase activity in four different areas of rat brain. Ketamine at 50 mg· kg-1 significantly inhibited Na+, K+-ATPase in hippocampus, at 100 mg·kg-1Na+,K+-ATPase in cerebral cortex and corpus striatum and at 200 mg·kg-1Na+, K+-ATPase activity in brain stem and hippocampus. The results indicated that the inhibitory effect. of ketamine on the central nervons system are associated with its inhibition on Na+, K+-ATPase activity in the brain.
