| 摘 要： | 本文报告一家系四代５５个成员中１５人患腓骨肌萎缩症。男女均有发病，发病年龄５～２６岁，均正常存活。全部患者均以垂足、小腿肌肉萎缩和无力发病。病程进展缓慢，病情男重女轻，呈常染色体显性遗传。

| Abstract: | Fifteen cases with peroneal muscular a trophy in 55 family members and four generations were reported in this article.Bothmale and female could be affected. The onset age was from 5 to 26 year-old. All patients began with cavus, muscular atrophy and weakness of the legs. The clinical course was slow, and the conditions of the male were worse than that of the female. A domirant pattern of inheritance usually appeared. |
