基于Petri网单元控制器PLC编程方法的探讨

摘    要:根据FMS单元控制器的控制逻辑功能建立系统Petri网模型,分析系统模型中每一元素状态变化条件列出各元素逻辑函数式,将逻辑函数式各元素间的“与”、“或”关系与PLC梯形图中的“串”、“并”联触点相对应。并结合系统的时序关系,可直接将系统Petri网模型转换为系统PLC控制程序。

Abstract:Through a Petri Network system model based on logic control of a FMS cell controller is established, change conditions of every element states are analyzed , logic functions are listed and the time sequence is contemplated, the "And"and "Or"relations of elements in logic functions correspond to serial and parallel connections in PLC ladders . The Petri Network model is direct converted into PLC Control program.
