| 摘 要： | 介绍了振兴东北老工业基地与东北亚区域经济合作存在相互促进共同发展的关系，认为应该充分利用东北地区具有的参与东北亚区域经济合作的优势，提高对外开放水平，加快东北经济结构调整，拓展东北经济发展空间，积极参与区域合作，利用东北亚区域经济合作来实现东北经济的振兴。

| Abstract: | The development of the old industrial base of the Northeast China and the regional economic cooperation of Northeast Asia are mutual stimulating and encouraging the development of each other. Considers that the advantage of the participation should be fully utilized to improve the level of the opening to the outside world, to accelerate the Northeastern economic restructuring, to expand the economic development space of the Northeast, to participate in the regional cooperation actively, and to make use of regional economic cooperation of Northeast Asia to realize the development of Northeastern economy. |
