| 摘 要： | 研究了随着市场经济不断发展变化,企业结构调整和高职院校专业结构适时调整后,一些新增专业因自身条件限制在教学及学生管理等方面存在的问题。并在分析新增专业学生特殊性的基础上,对新专业的学生管理提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the development and change of the market economy and the enterprise structure adjustment,the specialty structure of vocational colleges also adjust timely,some new specialties emerge as the time requires. Some problems exist in teaching and student management because of its limited conditions.Based on the particularity of the students of the new specialty,some relevant countermeasures are put forward. |
