| 摘 要： | 基于高校人事制度"激活"人的动力这一目标,从不同的维度详细分析了高校人事制度的活力源,并从战略目标管理体系、人才集聚动力体系、岗位管理评价体系、薪酬绩效考评体系、人才流动供给体系等五个方面提出高校人事制度创新的路径选择。

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on how to inspire the faculty by personnel system and analyzes the dynamic source of the personnel system from different aspects.Some innovation paths of universities personnel sys-tem are given in this paper,including target management system,strategic talent agglomeration system, position management evaluation system,salary and performance appraisal system and the flow of talent supply system. |
