| 摘 要： | 超临界、超超临界汽轮机用ZG1Cr10MoVNbN不锈钢是一种改良型9％-12％Cr铁素体型不锈钢，要求材质具有优良的冶金质量和合理的成分搭配。文中采用AOD精炼炉精炼工艺技术，开发9Cr钢汽轮机铸钢件产品，掌握了该类材质的冶炼、焊接和热处理特性。

| Abstract: | Supercritical, ultra - supercritical steam turbine with a stainless steel ZG1Cr10MoVNbN improved 9% - 12% Cr iron - size stainless steel, has an excellent material requirements of the metallurgical quality and reasonable with the ingredients. By using AOD refining furnace technology, 9Cr steel turbine steel casting products is developed in this paper, and the smelting, welding and heat treatment characteristics are mastered. |
