云广直流小功率孤岛试验发现的问题及应对措施

摘    要:云广直流孤岛方式运行是提高云南水电外送能力和保证南方电网安全稳定运行的重要措施。总结了云广直流带小功率孤岛试验中发现的主要问题及应对措施,诸如小湾电厂机组调速器不完全适应孤岛方式,直流闭锁后机组频率从最高频率下降至50 Hz时间较长,孤岛模式转联网模式过程小湾电厂机组有功功率波动较大等。这些问题的解决大大减小了后续大功率孤岛试验的风险。

Abstract:To operate Yunnan Guangdong DC system in an islanded mode is an important measure to improve Yunnan hydropower delivery capability and to ensure the safe and stable operation of China Southern Power Grid(CSG).This paper summarizes the problems and related meansures during the test of islanded operation of the DC system with low power,such as the governor of Xiaowan generators being unsuitalbe to the islanded operation,too long time for the frequency to decrease to 50 Hz after bipolar block of the DC system,the Xiaowan plant’s active powrer fluctuating obviously in the mode change from the islanded operation to integrated operation etc.These problems are sucessfully treated with the proposed measures,and thus lowering the risk of the following test with high power.
