铸造废弃物资源化再利用的探索

摘    要:为了促进清洁铸造技术推广应用,采取了一系列铸造废弃物的资源化再利用措施:将再生旧砂用作制芯原砂,采用废砂、废渣和清理氧化铁皮粉制砖,废焦炭末压块制成型焦代替部分焦炭、铸件加工铁屑压块回炉利用等。通过这些工作,即提高了企业的经济效益,又保护了我们的资源与环境,为铸造业的可持续发展提供了保证。

Abstract:We adopted a series of methods to utilize foundry wastes as the resources to promote the application of the clean foundry technologies,for example,we reclaimed the used sand as raw sand to make cores,made paving units from a mixture of waste sand,waste slag and iron scale,squeezed the waste coke powder to moulding the coke and squeezed the waste cast iron chips machined into scrap blocks for melt,etc..Through these works,we not only increased economic effects for the company,but also protected the environment and resources,and can provide an assurance for the sustainable development of our foundry industry.
