强化护理干预措施在骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期中的应用研究

目的探讨强化护理干预措施在骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的46例择期行手术治疗的外伤骨折合并2型糖尿病患者,随机均分为两组。对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组给予围术期强化护理干预。比较两组患者手术前空腹血糖水平、住院时间、住院费用和并发症发生率的差异。结果观察组手术前空腹血糖水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间和住院费用均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期中应用强化护理干预措施效果显著,可有效控制血糖水平,缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生。

Effect Analysis of Strengthening Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Diabetic Patients with Fracture

Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening nursing intervention in the perioperative period of diabetic patients with fracture. Methods 46 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with fracture were divided into two groups, with 23 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given perioperative routine care, while patients in the observation group were given strengthening nursing intervention during perioperative period. The fasting blood glucose level before operation, length of hospital stay, hospital costs and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose level before operation, length of hospital stay, hospital costs and incidence of complications of observation group was significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For diabetic patients with fracture, strengthening nursing intervention during perioperative period has significant clinical effect. It can effectively control blood glucose level, shorten length of hospital stay, and reduce the incidence of complications.
