基于数据流分析的电控发动机故障诊断应用研究

摘    要:在电控发动机故障诊断过程中,汽车故障诊断仪除了具有"读取故障码"和"清除故障码"的功能外,还具有对电控系统各种传感器和执行器进行动态数据读取功能(数据流分析)。本文对电控发动机数据流产生的机理和特性、数据流分析的方法和显示方式进行了阐述,结合实例分析了静态数据流和动态数据流分析在电控发动机故障诊断中的应用。

Abstract:In the process of electronically controlled engine fault diagnosis, the system not only has automotive fault diagnostic " read fault cedes" and "Clear fault codes" function, but also has electronic control systems for a variety of sensors and actuators for dynamic data read function (data flow analysis). This paper described the mechanism and characteristics of the data stream generated electronically controlled engine, and the analysis and display methods of data flow. Finally, with examples data flow electronically controlled engine fault diagnosis is analyzed.
