摘    要:针对通用机枪装配体的干涉检查中存在计算时间长的问题,设计了一种在Pro/E环境下的某型通用机枪的3维实体建模、虚拟装配和干涉检查方法.介绍了Pro/E的实用功能,根据设计图纸,在Pro/E环境下建立通用机枪各零部件的3维实体模型,完成了通用机枪的零部件虚拟装配;运用Pro/E的干涉检查功能对通用机枪进行干涉检查并对干涉检查结构进行分析和给出改进建议;结合实际的装配工艺,将干涉检查结果应用到通用机枪实际的装配和改进中.仿真结果表明:Pro/E的干涉检查功能能够有效地发现设计中存在的干涉情况,减少设计缺陷,缩短设计周期,提高产品效益.

Abstract:Aiming at the calculation time in interference checking of the general machine gun is too long, a method including three-dimensional entity modeling, virtual assembly, and interference checking of a certain general machine gun in Pro/E environment are designed. Three-dimensional model of each component of the general machine gun are established and the virtual assembly of the general machine gun are completed according to the design drawings. And then, the interference checking function of Pro/E are used to checking the interference of the general machine gun and the interference checking structure are analyzed and the improvement suggestions are proposed. Finally, combined the practical technology, the interference checking results are used in actual assembly and improvement of the general machine gun. The simulation results show that the Pro/E can discover the interference in design, decrease design deficiency, shorten the design cycle, and increase benefit gained effectively.
