CCD时序驱动电路的设计

摘    要:针对L3Vision CCD图像传感器,提出了时序驱动电路的设计方法.在分析CCD时序工作原理的基础之上,采用CCD驱动芯片EL7212和EL7155,完成了成像区、存储区和水平读出寄存器所需时序驱动电路的设计.仿真与实验结果表明:所提出的方法完全满足CCD各项驱动时序的要求.

Abstract:According to L3Vision CCD image sensor,a design method of the timing driving circuit is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the principle of timing,CCD drivers EL7212 and EL7155 are used to complete the design of timing driving circuit for image section,store section and horizontal transfer register.The results of simulations and experiments show that the proposed method can meet every demand of CCD timing circuit.
