| 摘 要： | 目的:研究蛇床子素的抗凝血作用。方法:通过测定小鼠凝血时间(CT)、大鼠的凝血酶原时间(PT)和优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT),观测蛇床子素的抗凝作用。结果:蛇床子素能显著处长CT、PT,缩短ELT。结论:蛇床子素具有明确的抗凝血作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To preliminary staudy the effect of osthol on anticoagulation.Method: Coagulaton time(CT),prothrombin time(PT) and englobulin lysis time(ELT) were used to evaluate the anticoagultation activities of osthol.Result: It was found that osthol could significantly delayed CT and PT and decreased ElT.Conclnsion: Osthol can prolong CT and PT,and shorten ELT,indicating its unambiguous effect on blood anticoagulation. |
