聚羧酸减水剂影响抗裂性能的机理研究

摘    要:通过实验,以混凝土28d的拉压比大小为评价混凝土抗裂性能的优劣,分析了合成聚羧酸减水剂的羧基、氨基、磺酸基、羟基、酯基等各官能团比例,聚醚支链的长短,减水剂分子量大小等因素对混凝土抗裂性能的影响。初步探讨了聚羧酸减水剂提高混凝土抗劈裂性能机理。

Abstract:In this paper,through the experiment,appraised the impact of the factors of the proportion of epimedium,amino,sulfo-derivatives,hydroxy,ester-based and so on various functional groups of synthesis polycarboxylic water-reducer,the size of the poly ether branched chain and the size of molecular weight of water-reducer on mechanism of cracking-resistance of concrete,with quality of tension-compression ratio of concrete 28d as the fit and unfit quality of cracking-resistance of concrete.Discussed initially the mechanism of polycarboxylic water-reducer improve performance of cracking-resistance of concrete.
