| 摘 要： | 中国推行水电厂“无人值班”（少人值守）和无人值班10年来，水电厂各项工作取得了长足的进步，随着信息化发展，管理工作亦发生了很大变革。进入21世纪，水电厂现代化管理新模式已提上议事日程。文中概述了中国水电厂10年来的变化，以及现代化管理新模式的基本特征和实施步骤。

| Abstract: | Great achievements have been made in hydropower plants in China since the mode of unmanned or unattended operation was implemented. Along with the development of information technology, the management of hydropower plant is greatly changed. In the 21th century, a new modern management mode has been placed on the agenda. This paper summarizes the changes of hydropower plants which have taken place in China in the past 10 years, and the characteristics of and approach to the new mode. |
