摘    要:碳纤维柔性连续抽油杆选用高性能碳纤维 ,以环氧树脂胶液为基体材料 ,添加一定配比的固化剂、促进剂和脱模剂 ,采用拉挤成型工艺制成 ,其开发的关键技术是连续成型、连接接头和安全保险装置。现场应用试验表明 ,TXC— 1、TXC— 2、TXC— 3三种规格的碳纤维柔性连续抽油杆能可靠应用于泵挂深度分别为 12 0 0、 180 0、 30 0 0m的直井和斜井中 ,实测比钢抽油杆节电 ,日产油量提高 。节能增产效果显著。

Abstract:This article makes a systematic investigation in the resin component and moulding technology of carbon fiber reinforced plastic continuous sucker rod (CFRPC sucker rod) based on analyzing the rod's excellent properties comprehensively. The continuous production of the CFRPC rod has been successfully practised by using pultrude moulding, and a new kind of self-locked connector and safety connector are designed to ensure the convenient connection and breaking off of the CFRPC rod with the steel rod or polished rod. Field use shows that the CFRPC sucker rod can save electric energy by 33% and enhance oil production per day by 33% as well compared with the steel sucker rod.
