超氧自由基(O_2~■)水平在儿童急性肾小球肾炎及其治愈后的变化

摘    要:以超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)作为分子探针测定了儿童急性肾小球肾炎(AGN)急性期红细胞内超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~?)含量及其治愈后的变化。结果表明,病儿与正常对照者的O_2~?水平有非常显著的差异;急性期与治愈后的差异也非常显著。提示超氧阴离子自由基在AGN发病中有重要作用。

Abstract:In this paper, the change of superoxide anionradical concentration in erythrocytes was measuredby using SOD as a molecular probe, during acutephage and recover of acute glomerulonephritis(AGN) in children. The result showed that therewas very significant difference in O_2 concentrationbetween the patient group and control group) aswell as between acute phage and recover stage. Itsuggests that increased level of superoxide anionradical plays an important role in the pathogene-sis.
