宜春钽铌矿有轨电机车运输应用技术研究

摘    要:在智能化生产的背景下,矿山有轨机车的运输方式智能化成为现代矿山运输的主要建设方向。电机车的无人驾驶以最新的信息传感技术为依托,是无人化自主运行的设备创新应用。以CJY20/9GP架线式电机车为研究对象,应用4G LTE通讯网络对电机车进行智能化改造,研究电机车在远程及自动驾驶两种模式下投入生产运营的效果。实验和现场测试结果表明,通过4G LTE作为通信载体提供自主数据支撑,对电机车控制系统、振动放矿机、机车远程驾驶平台、架空线、铁轨、信集闭系统等辅助设施的升级改造,可实现井下运输巷道的CJY20/9GP架线式电机车双车同时远程及自动驾驶运行。

Research on application technology of rail electric locomotive transportation in Yichun tantalum niobium mine

Abstract:Under the background of intelligent production,intelligent transportation mode of mine rail locomotive is the main construction direction of modern mine transportation.The driverless electric locomotive is based on the latest information sensing technology,which is an innovative application of unmanned autonomous operation equipment.This paper took CJY20/9GP electric locomotive as the research object,applied 4G LTE communication network to carry out intelligent transformation of electric locomotive,and studied the production and operation effect of electric locomotive in two modes of remote and automatic driving.Experimental and field test results showed that 4G LTE can provide independent data support as a communication carrier.Through the upgrading and transformation of auxiliary facilities such as electric locomotive control system,vibrating ore drawing machine,locomotive remote driving platform,overhead line,rail,signal collection,and closing system,CJY20/9GP overhead electric locomotive can be operated remotely and automatically at the same time.
