Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of routine western medicine combined with Chinese medicine compounds in the intervention of sleep disorders in Parkinson′s disease, screen high-frequency drugs and their associations, and explore the medication rules.Methods: The Wanfang Digital Journal Full-text Database, China Biomedical Literature Database, China Journal Full-text Database, VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database and PubMed were searched by computer, and the relevant literature was searched manually to screen the randomized controlled trial of routine treatment of Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine compounds in the treatment of sleep disorder of Parkinson′s disease.Cochrane risk bias assessment tool and Revman 5.4 were used for quality evaluation and meta-analysis, and the Chinese medicine compounds included in the literature were entered into Excel data sheet for drug frequency statistics and screening of high-frequency drugs;Then import the source Excel data table into IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software, using Apriori algorithm for association analysis to screen the best drug combination;Finally, the collinear network diagram of core drugs was drawn by Cytoscape to intuitively reflect the collinear frequency and correlation strength between high-frequency drugs.Results: Finally, 30 randomized controlled trials were included, with a total of 2 245 patients.(1)On the basis of routine western medicine, the treatment group combined with Chinese medicine compounds in the treatment of Parkinson′s disease sleep disorder was better than that treated with compounds western medicine alone in terms of clinical efficacy OR=4.59,95%CI(3.48,6.06),P<0.01],Parkinson′s disease sleep disorder scale(PDSS)MD=10.47,95%CI(3.79,17.15),P<0.05],Epworth sleepiness score(ESS)MD=-2.46,95%CI(-4.39,-0.52),P<0.05],Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)MD=-2.46,95%CI(-4.39,-0.52),P<0.05],unified comprehensive rating scale for Parkinson′s disease-Ⅲ(UPDRS-Ⅲ)scoreMD=-3.80,95%CI(-5.28,-2.32),P<0.05],Parkinson′s disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)MD=-12.59,95%CI(-16.27,-8.91),P<0.05],TCM syndrome scoreMD=-6.24,95%CI(-9.51,-2.97),P<0.05] and incidence of adverse reactions RR=0.44,95%CI(0.32,0.61),P<0.05].(2)Data mining shows that high-frequency drugs include Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Tianma(Gastrodia Elata),Gancao(licorice),Gouteng(uncaria),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Shanzhuyu(Cornus Officinalis),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong),Shouwuteng(Polygonum Multiflorum),Quanxie(scorpion) and Suanzaren(wild jujube kernel).Among them, the best medicine pair is Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),and the best medicine group is Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata)-Tianma(Gastrodia Elata),which intuitively reflects the most prominent correlation of Tianma(Gastrodia Elata)-Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Gancao(licorice).Secondly, there is a close correlation between Gouteng(uncaria)-Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)-Shouwuteng(Polygonum Multiflorum)-Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong)-Quanxie(scorpion)-Suanzaren(wild jujube kernel).Conclusion: Routine western medicine combined with Chinese medicine compounds has significant clinical efficacy and higher safety in the treatment of sleep disorder of Parkinson′s disease.It is analyzed that the high-frequency medicine are Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Tianma(Gastrodia Elata),Gancao(licorice),Gouteng(uncaria),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Shanzhuyu(Cornus Officinalis),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong),Shouwuteng(Polygonum Multiflorum),Quanxie(scorpion) and Suanzaren(wild jujube kernel).
