摘    要:地下空间作为城市紧凑型发展的重要组成,其空间活力成为了衡量地下空间规划设计的重要参考。借助空间句法的理论指导以及对实地建成现场的调研,综合量化数据与相关性分析,以轨道交通站点接驳的地下空间为例,探讨影响地下空间活力的空间可达性与活动人流等因素之间的关系;结果表明地下空间的整合度指标与活动人流、轨道交通站点以及垂直交通布局等相关变量因素,共同影响地下空间活力;并以此提出建议与讨论,对未来进行有效活力的城市地下空间规划设计与优化提供参考。

Abstract:Underground space is an important component of compact urban development and its vitality is an important reference for measuring the planning and design of underground spaces. With the guidance of space syntax and on-site investigation, the relationship between accessibility and the vitality of underground space connected by metro stations in Chengdu City, and pedestrian volume, is discussed based on comprehensive quantitative data and correlation analysis. Results show that the underground space vitality is affected by many factors operating together, such as the spatial integration index, pedestrian volume, metro stations and vertical traffic layout. A discussion is offered with suggestions to provide reference for the design and optimisation of underground space planning in the future.
