心内科护理安全管理评价量表的编制及信度效度检验

目的 评价自行研究心内科护理安全管理评价量表的信度与效度。方法 采用方便抽样方法,采用心内科护理安全管理评价量表对山东省366名心内科护士进行问卷调查,评估量表的内部一致性信度、分半信度、内容效度和结构效度。结果 总量表Cronbach α系数为0.952,各维度Cronbach α系数为0.774~0.917;KMO和Bartlett&'s球形检验结果表明适合进行因子分析;因子分析中,6个因子能够解释总变异的70.087%;各条目得分与其所属维度得分的相关系数在0.711~0.916,均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 心内科护理安全管理评价量表具有良好的信度效度,为护理管理者评价心内科护理安全提供可量化的依据。

Development of Nursing Safety Management Evaluation Scale in Department of Cardiology and Its Reliability and Validity

Objective To study the reliability and validity of nursing safety management evaluation scale in department of cardiology. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 366 nurses of cardiology department in Shandong Province by using the convenient sampling method to evaluate the reliability of internal consistency, split-half reliability, content validity and structural validity of the questionnaire. Results The Cronbach&'s α coefficient of the scale was 0.952 and the Cronbach&'s α coefficient of each dimension 0.774~0.917. The results of the spherical test of KMO and Bartlett&'s are suitable for factor analysis; in the factor analysis, 6 factors can explain 70.087% of the total variation; the correlation coefficient between the score of each item and that of its dimension was 0.711~0.916, which was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The evaluation scale of nursing safety management in cardiology has good reliability and validity, which provides a quantifiable basis for nursing managers to evaluate nursing safety in cardiology.
