论高职院校企业培训师队伍建设

摘    要:通过对企业培训师的介绍,指出企业培训师应当具备学习、创新、沟通、协调等多方面的素质,通过对国内外企业培训师的对比,分析目前我国企业培训师队伍建设中存在的问题。高职院校应该在企业培训师队伍建设上发挥出其特有的优势,并从竞争与培养视角,从高职院校、企业与国家等三个方面浅谈了几点具体建设方案。

Abstract:Through the introduction to corporate trainers, this paper points out that corporate trainers should have many qualities such as learning, innovation, communication and coordination. Through the comparison of domestic and international corporate trainers, the paper also analyzes the problems existing in the corporate trainers ' team construction in our country. Higher vocational colleges should bring its superiority into full play. From the perspective of competition and training, several construction plans are put forward from three aspects: higher vocational college, enterprise and the country. Employees of companies in our country can be trained to improve their overall quality so as to promote the development of the enterprise and eventually improve the comprehensive competitiveness of our country.
