| 摘 要： | 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种慢性肠道炎症性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)。除腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便等肠道表现外,由IBD导致的其他系统原发性病变称IBD的肠外表现(extraintestinal manifestations,EIMs),其中皮肤表现发生率高,且最容易被察觉,对IBD的早发现、早治疗具有重要意义。本文分析大量文献研究及临床统计,将EIMs的皮肤表现分为四大类,包括特异性皮肤表现、反应性皮肤表现、相关性皮肤表现和治疗引起的皮肤表现,并从流行病学、病因、临床表现、诊断、与IBD活动的关系和治疗等多个角度梳理各型皮肤表现的特点,以期为IBD及其皮肤病变的临床诊治提供参考。
