| 摘 要： | 针灸治疗便秘有着悠久的历史,历代医家积累了丰富的经验,包括对便秘的认识、针灸治疗方案和临床疗效规律等。在当代针灸临床实践中,一方面对便秘认识进一步细化,尤其是对功能性便秘的认识更加清晰,针灸治疗方案也更加具有针对性;另一方面对针灸治疗功能性便秘的疗效规律展开了系统的临床观察和总结,尤其是基于循证医学方法的临床研究报道,提供了高质量的临床证据;此外,基于生物学的现代机制研究也越来越深入,也为临床实践提供了依据。针灸诊治功能性的临床实践和机制研究,无论是对功能性便秘的诊断和评估,还是治疗模式和方法的更新,都有一定的借鉴意义。
