摘    要:通过对摇摆轭传动系统的动平衡分析,计算得出某热气机平衡块设计的初步参数,然后运用多体动力学分析软件MSC.ADAMS分两步优化得出精确的平衡块质量和重心位置,从而实现对摇摆轭式传动机构动平衡优化设计。实验验证表明,经优化设计后该传动系统动平衡效果有了很大的改善。

Abstract:By analyzing dynamic balance of the wobble yoke drive mechanism,the primary parameters of counterbalances of a specified Stirling engine was got through calculation.Then the exact masses and positions of the counterbalances was obtained by two-step optimization through utilizing multi-body analysis software MSC.ADAMS,which realized the dynamic balance optimization design of the wobble yoke drive mechanism.The performance of the dynamic balance of the drive mechanism has been greatly improved and verified by...
