自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗肝硬化的护理体会

目的:探讨造血干细胞移植治疗肝硬化护理工作的要点和注意事项.方法:对45例造血干细胞移植治疗肝硬化病例的护理工作进行总结.结果:干细胞移植后分别于5～15天出院,7、15、30、45、90、180天返院复查患者精神好,食欲正常,皮肤巩膜黄染明显下降45例移植成功率100%.结论:护理中严格无菌操作,加强对患者的心理护理、病情观察、基础护理、营养支持,纠正低蛋白血症,控制感染等是治疗成功的重要保证.

Nursing of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation for treatment of cirrhosis

Objective：To investigate the main points of care and attention items in the autologous bone marrow hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of cirrhosis.Methods：Clinical analysis and summary of 45 patients with autologous bone marrow hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of cirrhosis were performed.Results：The patients were respectively discharged on 5-15 d after transplantation.The patients in returning hospital follow up on 7,15,30,45,90,180 d showed in high spirit and normal appetite.Jaundice in skin and sclera was obrviously reduced.Conclusion：The nursing process in strict aseptic operations,strengthen basic care,correcting hypoalbuminemia,infection control is a fundamental guarantee for successful treatment.
