71例狂犬病发病原因分析及综合防控措施探讨

目的分析狂犬病发病原因,探讨狂犬病的综合防控措施。方法对收治的71例狂犬病患者发病原因进行回顾性分析。结果犬密度高、部门缺乏协调,犬管理不到位,动物疫苗接种率低、伤口处理和疫苗接种率低、疫苗管理不善、群众防治知识缺乏等是导致狂犬病发生的主要原因。结论政府重视,加大投入,部门密切配合,构筑长效机制、防制立法,依法防制、加强犬等动物管理和疫苗接种、加强人用疫苗管理、加强医务人员培训、加大防治宣传力度、加强狂犬病监测和研究是防制狂犬病的有效措施。

Analysis of causes of hydrophobia in 17 patients and exploration of compositive prophylactic and control measures

Objective To analyze the etiological factors of hydrophobia,and approach the compositive proph- ylactic measures and controlling measures.Method We carried out a retrospective analysis to the etiological factors of 71 hydrophobes.Result High density of dogs,lack of coordination among the departments,complicated man- agement of the dogs,low inoculation rates of animal vaccines,low rates of treatment to wounds and vaccinal inocu- lation,complicated management of vaccines,lack of the knowledge of prophylaxis and therapeutics,et al.All those are the main reason which induce the hydrophobia.Conclusion Government should tingk highly of hydrophobia and increase budget.And intimate compounding among the departments,establishment of prolonged active mechanism, establishment and obedience of legal system,rigorous management of dogs and vaccine inoculation,rigorous man- agement of anthropo- vaccine,augmentation of training of medical members,augmentation of propaganda,augmen- tation of monitoring and investigation of hydrophobia are also the active measures.
