宁德市东湖湿地鸟类资源调查与保护

2003年3月-2004年4月,在宁德三都湾东湖湿地及其周边地区进行了10次湿地鸟类资源连续调查。调查表明:宁德东湖湿地生物多样性丰富,特别是湿地水禽种类繁多,数量巨大,发现鸟类12目26科80种,计20119只。宁德东湖湿地是福建省鸟类资源的重要分布区,是各类水禽的理想栖息地、越冬地和迁徙地,但存在因开发建设湖面缩小、市区大量生活污水污染水质、湖体淤积、陆地化过快等问题。为此,保护和恢复东湖湿地、建立湿地公园已是势在必行。

A Survey on Bird Resources in East Lake Wetland in Ningde and Status of Protection

During theperiod from March 2003to April 2004,wehave conducted 10 consecutive surveys on wetland bird resources in East Lake wetland and surrounding areas in Sandu Bay of Ningde city.Results indicated that the biodiversity in Ningde East Lake wetland is rich,especially the wide range and great numbers of water bird species.According to the surveys conducted in the year,a total number of 20 119 birds were observed,belonging to 80 species of 26 families of 12 orders.The wetland is an important area of bird resources distribution in Fujian,it is an ideal habitat,wintering and migrating sites for all types of water birds.Meanwhile,the area of water surface of the lake is shrinking due to development for economic purposes,and water pollution is severe due to large quantity of domestic sewage discharged into the lake. Increasing sedimentation,decreasingcapacity of water storage,and rapidchange into terrestrial land are problems currently existing.Therefore,it is imperative to protect and restore the East Lake wetland and to establish a wetland park.
