Raney镍催化剂中微量元素分布状态的研究

摘    要:利用高能球磨机对Ni-Al-Cr-Fe合金进行球磨,得到亚稳的NiAl相,再经适当的热处理可以得到主相为NiAl3的亚稳相。Mossbauer谱结果表明:高能球磨明显改变了添加元素的分布状态及合金原子的电子结构,并且可使合金元素分布均匀。实验表明高能球磨过程中发生了固相反应,反应产物在适当的退火条件下可以得到和充分包晶反应相同的相结构。

Abstract:The Al-rich metastable NiAl phase obtained by high-energy milling can transfer to rnetastable Ni2Al3 phase through heat treatrnent,Its M6ssba-uer spectra show that the state and distribution of elements and electon structure of the alloy were obviously affected during milling. Experiments indicated that solid state reaction took place in the alloying process.The phase formed in high-energy milling and subsequent annealing was the same as in a fully peritectic reaction.
