咪达唑仑联合芬太尼静脉麻醉在实验大鼠的应用

摘    要:目的探讨咪达唑仑联合芬太尼静脉麻醉在实验大鼠中的应用。方法SD大鼠45只随机分为3组,每组15只。A组腹腔注射1%戊巴比妥钠40mg/kg,B组腹腔注射5%氯胺酮120mg/kg,C组尾静脉注射咪达唑仑5mg/kg和芬太尼0.05mg/kg,记录3组麻醉起效时间、维持时间和麻醉效果。结果3组麻醉起效时间与麻醉维持时间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);C组麻醉操作时间较A、B组长(P〈0.01);各组麻醉成功率差异无统计学意义。结论静脉注射咪达唑仑联合芬太尼,起效快,麻醉效果确切,较戊巴比妥钠与氯胺酮腹腔注射更适于在大鼠实验中应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of midazolam combined with fentanyl intravenous anesthesia for the experimental rats. Methods Forty- five SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, 15 rats in each group. The rats in group A received 1% sodium pentobarbital 40 mg/kg for anes- thesia by intraperitoneal injection, in group B received 5 % ketamine 120 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection, in group C received midazolam 5 mg/kg and fentanyl 0.05 mg/kg by caudal vein. The onset time, mainte- nance time and the anesthesia effect of the three groups were recorded. Results There were significant differences in the onset and maintenance times among the 3 groups (P(0. 01). Compared with group A and B, the operation time of anesthesia was longer in group C (P(0. 01). No difference was found in the success rate of anesthesia among the 3 groups. Conclusion The onset of midazolam combined with fentany[ intravenous anesthesia is quick with exact anesthesia effect, which is more suitable for the experimental rats than intraperitoneal injection with sodium pentobarbital or ketamine.
