RQL燃烧室燃烧特性数值研究

摘    要:对富油燃烧─淬熄─贫油燃烧(Rich-burn,Quench,Lean-burn,RQL)模型燃烧室在7种不同当量比下的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。对各种当量比下燃烧室的温度场进行了详细地分析,并给出当量比的优化值。在此当量比下,研究了流量分配对温度场的影响,分析了燃烧室的淬熄性能;最终,确定了燃烧室淬熄结构的修改方案。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of combustion process for the RQL model was conducted in the seven equivalence ratios.The detailed analysis of the temperature field was conducted in the different equivalence ratio,and the optimization of equivalence ratio was obtained.At the optimized equivalence ratio,the effect of the airflow distribution on the temperature field was studied,and the quench characteristic of combustor was analyzed.Finally,the modification scheme of the quench structure was defined.
