摘    要:根据已有研究成果提出的砖混过渡层与相邻框剪层的侧移刚度比限值及《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB5 0 0 11)规定的楼层侧移刚度比、层间弹性和弹塑性位移、抗震墙最小厚度、抗震横墙最大间距等限值 ,探讨了底部框架砖房框剪层抗震墙的合理数量范围 ,并从实用出发 ,提出了抗震墙数量可采用两重或三重约束的简化方法确定。

Abstract:Based on the limit value of horizontal stiffness ratio of first brick masonry story to next frame shear story,interstorey displacement,minimum thickness of aseismic wall,maximum distance of aseismic cross wall and so on,which are provided by some documents and the “Building Aseismic Design Code”(GB50011),a reasonable and simple determining method of aseismic wall numbers for frame shear stories of masonry building with frame structure at lower stories is presented.
