| 摘 要： | 目的观察健康教育对腰椎间盘突出症患者围术期的影响效果。方法选取2009年1月～2011年1月来我院进行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例进行调查，随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规的治疗及护理。干预组在上述基础上于术前、术后着重强调健康教育的实施与干预。结果干预组的健康教育知识掌握程度、护理满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预组的手术时间短、术中出血量少且术后住院时间短（P〈0．05）。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者围术期着重强调健康教育的干预，对于疾病的恢复具有较好的效果，能明显提高患者的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe health education for patients with lumbar disc herniation influence perioperative results.Methods One hundred patients with lumbar disc herniation survey for surgical treatment were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 50 patients in each from January 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital.The control group received conventional treatment and care,the intervention group based on the above in the preoperative and postoperative emphasis on the implementation of health education and intervention.Results Knowledge of health education,nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion The lumbar disc herniation perioperative emphasis of health education intervention for the recovery of the disease has good results,can significantly improve satisfaction of patients. |
