幽门螺杆菌、AID、P53在胃部疾病组织中的表达及关系

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌（Hp）、胞嘧啶核苷脱氨酶（AID）、P53在胃部疾病组织中的表达及三者的关系。方法免疫组化法检测AID、P53蛋白及Hp。结果AID阳性例数在Hp感染的胃癌、慢性胃炎患者中的表达均高于未感染Hp者。在胃上皮瘤变患者中，Hp感染与未感染Hp者AID阳性例数无差异。P53在胃癌、上皮内瘤变组中表达的阳性例数均高于慢性胃炎。AID与P53在胃癌组织中表达呈正相关。结论胃黏膜Hp感染可能是AID高表达的因素之一，而AID的高表达可能会导致P53的蓄积，从而导致胃癌等胃部疾病的发生发展。幽门螺杆菌是胃癌等胃部疾病发生发展的重要原因。

Expressions and relationships of Hp,AID,P53 in tissue of gastric disease

Objective To explore the expressions and relationships of Hp,AID,P53 in tissue of gastric disease.Methods Immunohistochemical detection of AID,P53 expression and Hp infection.Results AID numbers of positive cases with gastric carcinoma,chronic gastritis of Hp infection were higher than the expression of an uninfected Hp and the difference was not significant.In patients with gastric epithelial neoplasia,Hp infection or not,AID number of positive cases of Hp were not significant differences.Three AID array comparative differences of positive cases had no statistically significant.The P53 expression in gastric cancer and endoepithelial neoplasia group was higher than the number of positive cases of chronic gastritis.Conclusion Hp infection in gastric mucosa may be one of the factors of AID high expression,and high expression of AID may lead to accumulation of P53,leading to occurrence of gastric cancer.Therefore,helicobacter pylori infection may be the important cause of stomach diseases such as gastric cancer.
