摘    要:通过对电子设备生产、操作过程中的直接污染及贮存环境效应所带来的间接污染等情况进行分析,探讨了电子设备长期贮存所造成的失效机理:并在此基础上,提出了降低电子设备电路污染影响的若干措施,对电子设备设计、生产和使用具有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the direct contamination during the manufacturing and the indirect contamination from the storage environmental effect,the failure mechanism of electronic equipment in long-term storage is discussed.Some measures to reduce the contamination impact on the system and circuit are presented,which is a valuable reference for the design,production and use of the electronic systems.
