针刺夹脊穴对海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状疗效观察

目的观察和分析针刺T5夹脊穴对海洛因戒断者稽延性戒断症状的干预效果，为临床筛选针刺治疗海洛因依赖稽延性症状的特异穴位。方法将40例脱毒治疗后男性海洛因依赖者随机分为对照组（不予治疗）、针剌组（T6夹脊穴），治疗4星期，每星期3次。采用稽延性戒断症状评分量表观察患者治疗前及治疗4星期后的变化。结果在改善稽延性戒断症状方面，针刺组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论针刺T。夹脊穴可改善海洛因依赖者的稽延性戒断症状。

Puncturing Jiaji(Ex-B2)Points for Protracted Abstinence in Heroin Addicts

Objective To observe and analyze the intervention effect of puncturing T5 Jiaji （Ex-B2） points in managing protracted abstinence in heroin addicts, for seeking specific acupoints to treat this medical condition. Methods Forty male heroin addicts after detoxification were randomized into a control group （receiving no intervention）, and an acupuncture group （puncturing Jiaji points）, 3 treatments per week, 4 weeks in total. The participants were studied before and after the whole treatment sessions by using the Protracted Abstinence Scale. Result Acupuncture group had better effect in improving protracted abstinence symptom compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Puncturing T5 Jiaji （Ex-B2） points can improve protracted abstinence symptom in heroin addicts.
