| 摘 要： | 本文采用十二烷基硫酸钠－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）对日本血吸虫肝门型童虫蛋白组分进行了分析，结果显示：１４ｄ肝门型雌雄童虫出现３３条蛋白区带，主带８条；２１ｄ肝门型雌雄童虫出现３４条蛋白区带，主带８条；２１ｄ雄性童虫出现３１条蛋白区带，主带７条。各组童虫与成虫比较，有２７～２８茶共同蛋白区带，提示日本血吸虫不同时期的肝门型童虫与成虫的蛋白组分在质与量方面虽然存在着某些差异，但总体上两者的蛋白组分有很大的相似性。

| Abstract: | This report analyses the protein components of Schistosoma japonicum hepato-portal schistosomulum by SDS-PAGE.The experimental result shows that 14 d , 21 d,(famale and male)and 216(male) hepato-protal schistosomulum appear respectively in 33,34 and 31 protein bands,and in 8, 8 and 7 major bands protein,There are 27～28 common bands between the schistosomulum and the adult. While hepato-portal schistosomulum of different growth stages and the adult in the quality and the quantity of the protein components are somewbat different, generally they are similar in the protein components. |
