| 摘 要： | 目前，移动通信正式成为电信运营市场的主体，固网传统通信业务正被移动通信业务所替代与分流。固网运营商如果要保持传统语音业务收入的持续增长，就需要不断地结合市场需求进行创新。由于固网短信（如家加E）业务推出后未能获得市场广泛的认同，导致该业务的发展不理想。因此固网终端创新应能够将网络平台上的多种通信业务终端化，并体现出智能化、“傻瓜”化特征，方便用户使用，才能获得更大的发展。同时，将固网终端向支付、娱乐等方向转移，也将成为今后的一个主要发展方向。

| Abstract: | Fixed network operators have to innovate in current market in order to maintain sustainable development. Analyzed why fixed network short message didn't getting popular, the author thought the innovation of fixed terminal would allow subscriber beneficial from more smart and convenient performances, such as entertainment and payment. It's one of main prospects for fixed service. |
