| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对102例中风病先兆期患者进行中医辨证与头颅CT影像对比研究,探索中医中风先兆证的CT影像规律性。方法：对102例临床按中医诊断为中风先兆期的患者,进行中医辨证分型,并通过双盲法CT影像研究,观察其病变性质、部位、大小范围、脑实质弥漫性病变与陈旧病变等情况。结果：中风先兆证的头颅CT影像有一定的规律性,但具体各证候之间缺乏显著性差异。结论：头颅CT扫描可以为中医辨证为中风先兆证的患者提供一定的辨证、辨期的客观依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the regularity of Apoplexy omen syndrome of Head CT appearance by studying CT appearance of 102 patients.Methods：With prospective and double blind procedure research ways,studing CT imaging of 102 Apoplexy omen syndrome patients of TCM diagnosis include nature,position,size,scope of lesions and diffuse and obsolete pathologica changes of brain.Results：There is regularity in head CT appearance of Apoplexy omen syndrome,but there is no significant difference among every syndrome.Conclusions：Head CT scan may provide objective accordance for TCM distinguish of Apoplexy omen syndrome. |
