| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎间盘突出并椎体后缘离断症的发病机理、诊断和治疗方法及疗效.方法18例患者在行保守治疗无效后全部采用手术治疗,平均随访时间12个月,并对其临床和影像学特征、治疗方法和结果进行分析.结果优15例,良3例.结论该病是青少年时期椎体后缘环状骨骺发育缺陷及椎间盘突出共同作用的结果,保守治疗通常无效,手术减压效果优良.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the mechanism, diagnosis, therapeutic method of waist extruded disk intercurrenting posterior interruption of vertebral centrum and the curative effect of operation. Method After the noneffective conservative treatment 18 patients were given the operations. They were visited regularly for 12 months averagely. The clinical and iconographical features of the patients and the therapeutic methods and results were analyzed. Result There were 15 cases with better effect and 3 cases with good effect. Conclusion The disease is a result of combinative effect of teenager annular epiphyses developmental defect and extruded disk. The conservative treatment is inefficacy generally. The operation has a good decompress effect. |
