导师制护理实习生技能培训应用效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨导师制在护理临床实习带教中的方法及效果。方法将2015年7月~2016年6月护理实习生分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统带教模式。观察组采用导师制带教模式,即每位学生安排一名导师负责其技能培训指导。在护生实习结束前进行实习效果评价。结果观察组理论考核成绩、操作成绩明显高于对照组(P0.05),观察组对带教工作满意度明显高于对照组(P0.05),观察组的综合素质提升高于对照组(P0.05)。结论导师制护理技能培训模式可提高护生临床实践能力,培养实用型护理专业技术人才。

Abstract:Objective Exploring the methods and effects of tutorial system in nursing clinical practice teaching.Methods The nursing interns in July 2015 to June 2016 are divided into experimental group and comparative group.In the experimental group,the tutorial system is used to teach the teaching mode,that is,each student is responsible for his skill training.Before the end of the training,teacher will make nursing internship effect evaluation.Results The experimental group theory examination score and operating performance is significantly higher than comparative group (P<0.05),the experimental group satisfaction for teaching job is significantly higher than comparative group (P<0.05),the comprehensive qualities of the interns of the experimental group have promoted higher than comparative group (P<0.05).Conclusion The tutorial system of nursing skills training mode can improve the clinical practice ability of nursing students,nursing practical training of professional and technical personnel.
