高压封隔器密封胶筒的改进

摘    要:介绍了封隔器的作用;从力学分析角度分析了常规封隔器胶筒的缺点。并设计了由2个胶筒组成的封隔器密封封隔单元;建立了常规和新型高压封隔器密封胶筒有限元分析模型,分析计算了不同轴向压力(50~100kN)下胶筒的变形和应力变化。从计算结果和现场使用可以看出,最上边的胶筒承受的力最大;新型胶筒的承载能力比常规胶筒提高40%以上。

Abstract:The role of packers was introduced. The disadvantages of the conventional rubber barrels of packers were analyzed based on mechanical analysis. A new seal element with components of 2 rubber seal barrels was designed. The finite element models of the conventional rubber barrels and new barrels of packers were set up and the deformation and stress were calculated under different axial compressive forces (from 50 kN to 100 kN). Results and field use showed that the upper barrel could bear higher pressure and the new barrel could bear more than 40 % of the contact stress as compared with the conventional barrel.
