摘    要:建立了猪肉、猪肝及其脂肪组织中21种三唑类杀菌剂的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,浓缩后加水混匀,经PRiME HLB柱净化,收集流出液,用UPLC-MS/MS法测定,基质标准曲线定量。21种三唑类杀菌剂在0.5~100μg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99;在3个添加浓度(2.0、5.0和10. 0μg/kg)下,各杀菌剂的回收率为69. 5%~109. 5%,相对标准偏差为0. 4%~10.8%。此方法前处理操作简便,灵敏度高,精密度好,能较大程度除去基质干扰,可用于猪肉、猪肝及其脂肪组织中21种三唑类杀菌剂残留的测定。
