鸵鸟血红素提取工艺的初步研究

摘    要:本文研究了从鸵鸟血中提取血红素的提取工艺。实验结果表明,离心转速3000r/min,离心时间15min,搅拌时间30min,搅拌抽提时间10min的条件下,醋酸钠法提取血红素优于鞣酸法,并能降低生产成本和生产周期。

Abstract:The methods of extracting heme from ostrich blood were studied.The results show:the condition of centrifugal speed was 3000 r/min,centrifugal time was 15 min,the time of whisking was 30min and the time of extracting was 10min.The method of using sodium acetate was better than that of using Tannin.It can also reduce the production cost and period.
