针刺阳性筋结点治疗肩周炎临床观察

目的：观察针刺阳性筋结点治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将肩周炎患者60例随机分为2组,每组30例,治疗组选取阳性筋结点、臂臑、曲池、外关、合谷针刺治疗,对照组采用肩三针、臂臑、曲池、外关、合谷针刺治疗,10天1个疗程,2个疗程后采用简式Mcgill疼痛量表（MPQ）从症状总体恢复和疼痛两方面进行疗效评价。结果：2组间总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;疼痛分级指数评定（PRI）、视觉模拟评分（VAS）、现有疼痛强度（PPI）方面比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺阳性筋结点可明显改善肩周炎患者的症状和体征。

Clinical Observation on Needling Positive Clustered Nodules Points in Treating Shoulder Periarthritis

Objective： To discuss therapeutic effects of needling positive clustered nodules points in the treatment for shoulder periarthritis. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into two group, 30 cases each group, the treatment group were treated by needling positive clustered nodules points, BiNao （LI14）, QuChi （LI11）, IVaiGuan （SJ5）, HeGu （LI4）, the control group needling JianSanZhen[JianLiao（SJ14）, JianYu（LI15） and JianZhen（SI9）], BiNao （LI14）, QuChi （LI11）, 1VaiGuan （SJ5） and HeGu （LI4）, ten days were one course of the treatment, clinical effects were assessed from the whole recovery of the symptom and pain with Mcgill pain scaling after two courses of the treatment. Results： The difference showed statistical meaning in total effective rate between both groups （P〈0.05）; the difference had statistical meaning in pain rating index （PRI）, visual analogue scale （VAS） and present pain intensity （PPI） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Needling positive clustered nodules points could improve the symptom and body signs of the patients with shoulder periarthritis.
