| 摘 要： | 从法律法规、贸易权、国民待遇，招投标程序、非关税措施、技术法规和标准及出口补贴等七方面，分析中国加入WTO议定书对电力企业进出口业务的影响。电力企业必须熟悉和掌握WTO规则和议定书，才能不断扩大国内外贸易市场。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influences of the Protocol of China's Accession to WTO on import and export services of power enterprises in the aspects of laws and regula-tions, trade rights, national treatment, bidding procedure, non-tariff measures, technical codes and standards and export subsidies. Power enter-prises must know and master the WTO rules and protocol to continuously enlarge home and foreign markets. |
