| 摘 要： | 研究了一类具有时变参数不确定性的时滞系统的强稳定鲁棒控制器设计问题，其中不确定性和滞后时间可以是时变的，不要求不确定性满足匹配条件，通过Ｒｉｃｃａｔｉ方程给出了强稳定鲁棒控制器存在的充分条件，并举例说明方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the design of Robust strong stabilizing controllers for uncertain time-varying delayed systems is studied, where the uncertain is time-varying and does not satisfy matching conditions. By Riccati equation approach, the sufficient condition is presented for designing strong-stabilizing controllers. Finally, an example is givn. |
