生态文明视野下的矿山企业社会责任探讨

生态文明建设为矿山企业承担社会责任赋予了新的意义。本文通过分析矿山企业的特殊性,提出矿山企业的社会责任应包括协调人与人、人与自然、人与社会三方面的关系。笔者认为,促进矿山企业承担社会责任的主要途径包括矿山企业进行国家级绿色矿山建设、提高道德资本水平、发布企业社会责任报告,以及国家健全相关的法律法规和完善生态价值评估体系。

A Discussion on Mining Corporate Social Responsibility in Perspective of the Ecological Civilization

Ecological civilization construction has presented a new meaning for mining enterprises to take up social responsibilities. This paper analyzes the specificity of mining enterprises and proposes, and finds that the social responsibilities of mining enterprises are consist of the relationships among human beings, nature and society. There are several ways to promote mining enterprises to take up social responsibilities. As enterprises, they should construct the national green mine, increase moral capital level, publish corporate social responsibility report. As governments, they should perfect related laws, improve the ecological value assessment system.
